These terms cover your use of Refund Resolver, run by Mohd Maaz, based in India ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
What we do
Refund Resolver helps you prepare a request for a refund of a subscription charge. You describe what happened, and we prepare a case: an assessment of your situation, a written refund request, follow-up and escalation messages, and guidance on where to send them.
What we don't do
- We don't provide legal advice. Refund Resolver is not a law firm and nothing on this site is legal advice. If you need legal advice, speak to a qualified lawyer.
- We don't contact any company for you. You decide whether to send the request, and you send it yourself.
- We don't guarantee a refund. Whether you get your money back is decided by the company that charged you, or by your card issuer. We can't promise any outcome.
Our information about a company's refund policy may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the company's own current terms before relying on it.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information. The case is only as good as what you tell us.
- Don't use the service to make false claims or to request refunds you aren't entitled to.
- Don't enter card numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers into the form. We never need them.
Payment
Unlocking a full case is a one-time payment of US$9 (or the local equivalent shown at checkout). It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record and seller for the transaction. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
Our refund policy
If you're not happy with your case, email us at refundresolver.helpp@gmail.com within 7 days of paying and we'll refund you in full. No explanation needed.
Accessing your case
Your case is available at a private link. Anyone who has that link can view the case, so keep it to yourself. There are no accounts or passwords.
Liability
We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that results from using a case we prepared, including a refund being refused. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
