Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you start a case, we collect what you enter in the form:

• the company that charged you
• the amount, currency, and date of the charge
• where you bought the subscription (website, Apple, Google, or not sure)
• your description of what happened
• your email address, if you choose to give it

We don't ask for your name, address, card number, or any account passwords. Please don't include them in your description.

When you pay, Dodo Payments collects your payment details directly. We never see or store your card number. Dodo tells us whether a payment succeeded and gives us a payment reference.

How we use it

• to prepare your refund case
• to show your case to you at its private link
• to unlock your case when you've paid
• to handle your request if you contact us, including refunds

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

We use a small number of services to run the site. Each one handles your information only to provide its part of the service:

• Supabase — stores your case
• OpenAI — reads your case details to write your refund request and messages
• Vercel — hosts the website
• Dodo Payments — processes payment

Some of these services are based outside India, including in the United States, so your information may be processed there.

How long we keep it

We keep your case so you can come back to it. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing refundresolver.helpp@gmail.com with your case link, and we'll delete it.

Payment records are kept by Dodo Payments as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email refundresolver.helpp@gmail.com. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
